We want your SmileClub experience to give you a reason to smile. We will refund your risk-free €99 modelling kit or 3-D scan, if the affiliated licensed provider in your area determines that you aren’t a suitable candidate for the invisible caps system.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scanning appointment. Give us a call at +353 1 6971030 during regular business hours to change your appointment. If you do not reschedule or cancel and you miss an appointment or arrive 15 minutes late, you’ll be charged the full price for the scheduled appointment.

Invisible Caps

Your customized SmileClub invisible caps can be returned at any time during the course of your treatment, as long as the invisible caps are completely unused and unopened. We’ll refund the prorated amount of any unused and unopened invisible caps from your total purchase price. You are responsible for any shipping charges when returning your invisible caps.

Return Process

Please follow these steps when returning your purchase:

  • Pack your unused items in the original packaging.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  • Let us know you’re planning to return your invisible caps by emailing Support@PerfectSmileClub.com with your order number.

Receiving Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. You’ll typically see your refund on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 days of processing depending on your financial institution.

Faulty Items

If you received a faulty product and need to return it for the same item, please call our Customer Care team at +353 1 6971030 to request a replacement.
